When necessary, we use flash in a subtle and unobtrusive way, typically during the reception. We also employ creative flash techniques to achieve editorial, Vogue-inspired captures, but only when it complements the mood and atmosphere of the day. Our goal is to preserve the emotional essence of your celebration without disrupting the experience for you and your guests.

The best time to schedule your wedding depends on the season and location. We typically recommend planning your ceremony 2 or more hours before sunset to capture the best natural light. For example, in May, around 6 PM is ideal, while in June, 6:30 PM works best. In July, aim for 6 PM, in August around 5:30 PM, and in September, 5 PM is perfect. We’d be happy to offer personalized advice based on your venue to ensure you get the most beautiful lighting for your day.

Our presence at your wedding depends on your specific needs. Typically, either Tonia & Theodore will both be there, or one of us will be accompanied by a skilled associate photographer to ensure every moment is captured beautifully.

For engagement sessions, we typically deliver a curated selection of 100-250 images, each chosen to highlight the love and joy of your special moment. For weddings, the number ranges from 800 to 1600, depending on the duration of our coverage. Every image is carefully edited and captured to preserve the beauty and emotion of your day.
